I can't remember exactly what I was doing because it was probably a month ago, but I ended up filling a form to get a free copy of "Navigating Your Health Benefits for Dummies." It came in the mail yesterday afternoon and, having nothing better to do now that I'm done filling out secondaries, I skimmed the book's six chapters.
It's a fairly decent walkthrough of the types of healthcare available and I think it would be a valuable tool for anyone with open-season enrollment and have no clue what kinds of health care insurance are available. What it doesn't do is show you in exhaustive detail on how to determine what your coverage. If you want it, then you can follow this link at Plan for your health.com.
